Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Ahmed Hesham Ismail, Egypt ("we"), the maker of PinWarp. By creating an account or using PinWarp you accept them.

What PinWarp does

PinWarp changes the location that your own iPhone reports to its apps, using developer features of iOS. It does not change your real position, your phone number or your network address.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and use PinWarp only on devices you own or are allowed to manage.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use PinWarp. Don't use it to:

• deceive, stalk, harass or endanger anyone, or hide your location from someone who has a legal right to know it;
• commit fraud or break any law;
• misuse emergency services.

Many apps and games have their own rules about simulated locations and may restrict or close accounts that use them. We have no control over this and aren't responsible for it.

Accounts, devices and trials

• Each account is for one person and works on 1 PC and 1 iPhone at a time. You can move it to another PC once every 30 days.
• The free trial is one per person and one per PC. Creating extra accounts to get more trials, or sharing an account, isn't allowed and may lead to closure of the accounts involved.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and payment

• Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which may act as the seller of record.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.
• If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after we've told you.

Invite credits

Credits earned by inviting friends can only be spent on PinWarp plan time. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are removed if the payment that earned them is refunded or found to be abusive (for example invites between your own accounts). We may change the credit amounts for future earnings.

The iPhone app

The iPhone app is installed on your phone with your own Apple ID through third-party tools. Apple may limit such apps, for example to 7 days with a free Apple ID. We can't guarantee that future iOS versions will keep supporting PinWarp; if an update stops it from working and we can't fix it, contact us about a refund for the unused time.

Our software

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use PinWarp while your plan is active. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or remove the licence checks from the apps.

No warranty and limit of liability

PinWarp is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise that it will work with every device, app or iOS version, or without interruption. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data, or account restrictions by other apps, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using PinWarp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we refund the unused time.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
